West Burlington 4th of July - Parade Entry Form

Entry Fee: No entry fee, thank you for participating in the parade!

Prizes: $50 Cash Prizes to be rewarded to 4 judged participants and 1 randomly drawn

Late Entries: Late entries will be placed at the end of the parade lineup.

It is expressly agreed and understood that the City of West Burlington, its official and employees, sponsors and any other organizations, groups, and individuals associated with the event shall not be held responsible for any losses, injuries or accidents occurring before, during or after the parade, to any person, organization or participant. All the above mentioned organizations, groups, or individuals are hereby released from any or all liability of any kind or nature.

Information for Parade Entrant

Dear Parade Entrant:  

We have received your entry for the West Burlington Fourth of July Parade. The Parade will begin at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday July 4, 2024.

Check in for the parade at the intersection of Huston and Autumn Lane (new road east of Westland Mall). 

Participants may also register between 3:00pm-3:30pm at Huston & Autumn Lane. 

Your entry’s location in the parade will depend upon category and your time of registration.  

Parade Route: The Parade will begin at the east entrance to Huston Street from Westland  Mall and continue to Ruthella Drive. Entrants may use the last block of Huston Street to gather and prepare to return to the Mall.  

The parade will begin promptly at 4:00 P.M. Please have all participants on site by 3:30 P.M.  

Entry Number: Each participant will receive an entry number upon arrival at the parade site. An official entry number for display will be distributed at registration. This number will be clearly identified on white paper (8 ½ in. by 11 in.) for display on the left side of the parade entry.  

Prizes will be announced on the Main Stage (Broadway and Wheeler) at 7:00 p.m. on July 4th.
