Eligibility: Ages 18 years and younger.
Event Times: Acts check-in at 1:00pm on the East side of the stage on Broadway Street in West Burlington. Performances begin at 1:30pm.
Prizes: Prizes awarded to all participants.
Rules
All tracks must be provided on a USB flash drive (preferred) or CD. All tracks must be provided at 1pm. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged media.
Performances should be a maximum of 5 minutes. Limit setup time to 1 minute.
Contestants may only appear in one performance.
Foul language of any kind by the performer or in a track is not allowed.
It is expressly agreed and understood that the City of West Burlington, its official and employees, sponsors and any other organizations, groups, and individuals associated with the event shall not be held responsible for any losses, injuries or accidents occurring before, during or after the races, to any person, organization or participant. All the above mentioned organizations, groups, or individuals are hereby released from any or all liability of any kind or nature.
