West Burlington 4th of July Celebration - Bicycle Races Entry Form

Eligibility: Ages 3 - 12 Closed toe tennis shoes and helmets are required.

Bicycle Registration: 8:00am - 8:45am, Corner of Huston & Autumn Lane (behind Mall)

Bicycle Races: Begin at 9:00am, Races are down Autumn Lane, Van Weiss and Melville

Prizes: All entrants are eligible in drawing for a free bicycle. Prizes awarded to all participants.

It is expressly agreed and understood that the City of West Burlington, its official and employees, sponsors and any other organizations, groups, and individuals associated with the event shall not be held responsible for any losses, injuries or accidents occurring before, during or after the races, to any person, organization or participant. All the above mentioned organizations, groups, or individuals are hereby released from any or all liability of any kind or nature.
