Payment Options for City Hall

The City of West Burlington provides several options for citizens to pay monthly utility bills. please take advantage of these options: 

  • ON-LINE payments www.westburlington.org 
  • DROPBOX – There is a green payment box located under the tree in the parking lot behind city hall. The secure payment box is monitored by a surveillance camera and checked daily. dropbox
  • • MAIL – Payments can be mailed to 122 Broadway Street, West Burlington, IA 52655

The City is requiring the payment of previous balances now.  Payments are no longer suspended and account will be shut off for non payment again.

There is an expanding global outbreak of a respiratory illness caused by a novel (new) coronavirus. The disease the virus causes has been named COVID-19. While most COVID-19 cases were initially associated with travel, person-to-person spread is now being reported in other places, including Iowa.
